Tani by MINETANI uses CJ Daehan Tongwoon for the carrier service for domestic delivery and EMS for international shipment.
Shipments will be arranged 2-5 days after payment (weekends and holidays are not counted) and international delivery may take 7 to 30 days depending on the carrier service.
In the case of a virtual account deposit, it will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not made within 48 hours of ordering.
Exchange and refund must be registered within 7 days of receiving the item. (1 time exchange is allowed)
- International shipment is not allowed for exchange and return. If customer wants to exchange or refund, the shipping fee must be shouldered by the customer.
- Exchange/Refund delivery fee: 6,000 Korean won for courier service back and forth.
** Exchange and Return will not be allowed if:
- For exchange/returns due to simple change of mind (Color change, size change and etc), the delivery fee must be shouldered by the customer (according to Article 189 of the Consumer Protection Act.)
- For exchange due to defective items, the delivery fee will be paid by Tani by Minetani. Please note- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

Delivery fee must be paid in advance or sent with the package. (If paid by Naverpay, exchange can be registered and the delivery fee can be paid on ‘N pay’)
The exchange or return item must be in same condition as the original package (Item + certificate + case + pouch + shopping bag)
- After receipt of the return, the item will be examined for the wear and tear and the exchange and refund process will take about 3-5 workdays.
- The cancellation of transaction of the credit card may take few days as it varies on different card companies, so please call the card company for further notice on the refund of the card.

Tani by Minetani pieces are delicate and must be handled with special care. To ensure that your product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage: Store your jewelry in the original packaging or in a soft pouch to avoid scratches. Avoid contact with water. Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
Slight change in the color is natural for plated jewelry and returns cannot be made due to discoloration after the seven day return period.
